Don't have photos, but wish I would have taken some:( I am 5'2 and started MFP at 154 and currently 116. took me almost exactly one year to reach my goal.

Exactly like others have said, it is amazing after you get a food scale the difference in serving sizes especially in meats!

I acutally forgot to post here when I graduated! I finished about 3 weeks ago;) I hope to continue to run about 3 times a week and try to gain a little speed along the way. Best of luck to everyone, this is such a great program!!

Best of luck to you!! The main thing I would say is so many try to go to fast, slow and steady pace is the best way to start. The main things I learned through the program is slow & steady, paying attention to my breathing, and getting through the mental part of not giving up and pushing through!!

I used to be a Diet Coke freak as well;) I slowly weaned myself from it over about 6 months and now don't even really crave any pop. I maybe will have1 a week now and won't even finish it!

I also enjoy something sweet especially after dinner. I found that even one of the "Simple Pleasures" does the trick for me now and only 30 calories each;)

Just started a few weeks ago to a actual class (never have done a video), and really enjoying it! It is quite the workout for the full hour.

Great job! Even after I have completed the program, the first 10 minutes is always my hardest and then great from there;)

Just started Zumba classes about 3 weeks ago and really enjoy it! Much more of a workout then I ever expected. I go twice a week and run a couple days. I use this calculator to figure out my calories and manually put it in MFP: http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned
