I personally do not like to drink just plain water. I also use MIO and some others (also love the Pineapple Coconut Dasani Drops) or I would be getting no extra water intake;)

Weekends are harder for me since everyone is home and we enjoy having all our meals together from breakfast to dinner with all the kids. We normally go out quite a bit as well on weekends and enjoy brunch out after church on Sundays. I just try to watch myself, but don't deprive my self on weekends as well. I do really…

I have both at home and can go much longer on the treadmill then on my elptical. For me I believe the elptical gets a better workout.

I have found that the longer you continue to do them over a period of time, the better it becomes! When I first started it was not pretty as well, but have o problems at all now;)

I currently don't have one, as I am planning on getting the new one that comes out this Spring. But from what I have read up on them, you can't use them for cycling. It is your choice if you would like to sync it or not.

I would also suggest Sandals for a couples only resort, they are awesome!
