I had the same problem thinking I was going way to slow. Even MFP has 4.5 as very, very brisk walk:( REALLY, I worked harder then that lol!

For speed it is hard to compare to others since everyone has a different stride due to height, ect.. I am on the short end at 5'2, currently on week 5 and walk at 3.9 and jog at 4.3-4.4 at a 2 incline.

I have also had days that come easier and others that have had to really push through. On the days that I struggle a bit, I just slow down and really concentrate on my breathing.

If you are looking into a Fitbit, you may want to wait until Spring when the new one comes out! I am planning on getting one ASAP the come out;)

As I get closer to goal it has slowed down. I started at about 2lbs a week, then down to 1.5, then 1 and now about. .5 or less. Just remember that any loss is a good loss!

I was a huge Taco Bell Volcano menu fan as well! Just about everything I ate since Mexican food is my favorite!!

I am 42 with a few pounds left away from goal! It takes a bit longer as you get older, but so worth it!

I have never been a runner and actually did not like it at all. I am currently doing the C25K and like it so far;) Yesterday, I finished W5D1

I don't even weigh on period weeks. Since periods can be different month to month, I don't see the need.

Unfornatually, I don't eat till about 9-10 or so after I get all kids up and off to school. I do have my couple cups of coffee though;) I also work from home so that is a plus.

I can totally understand! Mostly it is the time before the kids get up in the morning or after everyone is in bed for the night! A happy mama, makes a happy home!!

I have 5 children so I make 1 dinner and that is it! We always have a full dinner with a fruit, veggie, main dish, and bread. There has to be at least one thing they will eat or there is cereal;)

Still can't believe I am doing it! Slow and steady has gotten me through.

I am worried about that. I am just starting week 5 today and leave for Miami on vacation next Thursday. I might end up repeating a week also depending how it goes.

I have 5 children so 2012 Town & Country Mini-van! I would still like a convertible 1965 Mustang, maybe when all the kids move out;)

I had mine out years ago and was not a bad surgery at all. I had a full blown attack wgich was not fun at all.

My weight was going up slowly every year I got older! Most of the women on my mother's side all have diabetes and I was very afraid to get the same! I also hated the way I looked and could not imagine going up another size!!
