I totally agree with what others have said. I have 5 children and really wanted 6, but due to health reasons stopped at 5. No matter how much they have changed my body, I wouldn't change a thing!!

Years ago I had to when I was a Police Officer and hated it! I have just started the C25K program for me now! I wanted a healthy outdoor activity that I could enjoy as a great form of exercise.

I think I am an odd ball as I was HAPPY to see my chest go back down! I went from a 36D to a 34B and love it! I just feel like my shirts feel/ look so much better on me;)

We are on the same track, I also did W4D1 today! Looking into next week does not look like fun! I am so not a runner so I am determined to finish this thing!

It has taken time, but I switched to FF Creamer and Splenda. I can only use the FF Land O'Lakes though!

I do not log any of what I consider "normal" activity for the day, only if I am using it as an exercise sesion.

We cruise twice a year (in May & September/October) and LOVE it! Been on about 8 Carnival ones and loved all of them!

Great job! We love to cruise and always have a hard time while cruising with both exercising and eating good! We have one in May and one in October booked for this year. The only bad thing is my day ticker starts over every cruise from not logging!

I am 42 and was having the same problem before joining MFP. Just stick with it and it WILL work, so worth it!

I am on week 4 and so far all has been done on the treadmill. Can't wait to see the difference in spring when I try it outdoors.
