5ft and my goal is 100-105. Every time i get to 105 I bounce straight back up to 108/9. So frustrating. Think it's time for me to focus on fitness rather than the scale..

According to my scales I was about 116lbs and 26% and now I'm 108 and 23% but I don't know how accurate the scale is! Forgot to mention I'm only 5ft on a good day, explaining the low weights. That 8lbs makes a huge difference on a small person

I'm 5ft and 109lbs trying my hardest to get down to 105. It's taking forever! So hard to stay motivated, especially when my mother has reached it already! How is everyone getting there with the weight loss? I'm struggling to lose even 0.5lb on a good week, exercising at least 5 days a week and eating as close to 1200!
