Well The magazines rack worked, I ate 1500 Calories today, I went to the bathroom =)) But I am still feeling kind of heavy !! Hope that things will get better, Thanks everyone =))

well I am going to try it this week 2100 calories, the days that I go to the gym =)) the days that I don't go to the gym I'm going to stick to 1200 Calorie =))

I burn about 900 calories every time I work out, how many calories should I have ?!

8-9 cups daily !! well I just want to lose weight but I don't know how, and no I'm not trolling I just need some advice, but thanks =))

well I feel do feel that I am over heating when I start running, but my trainer said that it is normal !! And for the laxatives, a long time ago I used to have laxatives every once in a while but then my mother advised me to stop and so I did, Well I am taking lots of fiber and water but still no results =((
