I poop once every 4 days, i eat about 1000 calories per day and i go to the gym 5 days/week, I also noticed that when I work out I hardly sweat, even when I run ! Please advise me, what is wrong with me ?!
in my MFP food tracker, my sugar intake is always RED, mainly because of apples !! does that affect my weight loss ??! how can I keep my sugar intake under control? I workout 5x
