my sugar in take is always high, does that affect my weight

in my MFP food tracker, my sugar intake is always RED, mainly because of apples !!
does that affect my weight loss ??!
how can I keep my sugar intake under control?

    Hard to say without being able to see what kind of dietary goals you've set in your diary which is not public. Measuring sugar is not really essential imho. Measuring total carbs is. Apples are a complex carb. If you are not having issues with cravings and are within your calories goal, you are fine.
