I am a vegetarian and try to eat gluten free as well. Me and my wife spend probably about 200 a month.

Have you switched their litter Recently or moved anything in the house. I moved my recliner once and my cat peed on it till I moved it back. Its weird but cats are finicky about small things

I stopped eating almost everything and very slowly worked them back in to find what was really bothering me I was able to find what I couldn't eat and what I could eat small amounts off I also have IBS this helped me ...or helps when I stuck with it unfortunently I have to take the meds due to other conjoining issues

I try to eat a filling late dinner if I really need a snack I eat these little 150 cal cups I found in the freezer isle with graham cracker bottom then chocolate or strawberry middle with a little whip cream on the top its normally my desert

After looking at your diary my main suggestion from now on is to eat breakfast. Or if your one of those people who can not eat when you get up wait and hour then have a snack.
