22 pounds down with pics

I was just wondering if their is any detox or cleanse or something of the sort you can use to jump start yourself. NOT to loose 10 pounds in a week,. Just would like to clean my self out and get a healthy jump start. Opinions-options?

Beginer Yoga question.....
So I started doing yoga a while back. Which is much more work then I expected, but I am very happy doing it. My question is, I notice I can't go very long through it without feeling nausea. Carbohydrates
I've been doing good with most of my diet (calories etc.) except I go over my carbohydrates everyday by like 15-30. Is this something I should worry about and try to change or no?

PLEEEEAAASE Help!!!!
So I am in the hospital with my girlfriend. She just had a hystorectomy and eating at the hospital I over ate on calories even though I had fish and chicken. So I am looking for a workout I can do in the room without any tools/videos/machines. I already did jogging in place. I need some cardio ideas.

I am almost half way. I wanted to lose 40 pounds and have lost 13 so far. I wanted to post pics to see if you guys see a difference, but I don't know how. Can you guys tell me?

I started at 159......and gained up to 175!!!!! But I have now lost 13 pounds and gotten down to 162. But it doesn't show on my counter cause i am still over what i started at. Is there a way to change my starting to 175 so i can see how much i have lost????? thanks in advance.

I just bought the biggest loser last chance workout dvd. I did week one mondays workout and felt like i was gonna throw up by the end. Does anyone know how many calories this dvd works or how i can find out. thanks. joline

MY EVIL FRIEND I never new that iced coffee from mcdonalds was so bad!!!!! 11g fat in the 32 oz thing of coffee!! That's alot of fat for a drink! No more for me lol!:drinker:
