It's all in how you order it. Go ahead and get the large (black), add sugar free vanilla and two creams on the side. You're good to go, never order anything in restaurants how they make it.

I get my iced coffee from a machine at the gas station (Super America) and it's not nearly as naughty as the McDonald's version!

I also have protein shakes that I do in the morning. I use either vanilla or chocolate protein powder in 8 oz. of nonfat milk, then mix in 1 tbsp of instant cappuccino mix. It's all blended with or without ice, depending on my preference that day. It's delicious, 250 calories and filling. No need for any other breakfast!

I like to make my own iced coffee at home. It costs a lot less and I can control how many calories go into it. Try saving coffee in an airtight container in the fridge just after you've had your cup or two in the morning, or brew a few cups just for iced coffees. For the holiday season, I came up with an eggnog latte that's great! I use one cup creme brulee flavored Folger's for the coffee. Then I just add 2 Tbsp. of Land o lakes eggnog, 2-3 packets Splenda, and lots of crushed ice. This treat weighs in at 45 cals, 2 g fat, and 5g carbs and tastes sinfully delicious. Normally I would use Fat Free creamer and sugar free chocolate or caramel syrup along with the Splenda, but the eggnog splurge is great.
