finally went a whole week exersizing on a routine and i gained 5 pounds total is this because of fat turning to muscle or what either way it put me from healthy wieght range to overwieght i am so mad please someone tell me if this is what this means or what is going on

You know, normally I dont exersize every single day and I havnt lost wieght. so I decided I would exersize every single day this week and so I have and still nothing. I am watching my portions, how often I eat, and try basically to stay in my calories. What am I doing wrong? :sad:

my first goal has been met!!!!

I have quit drinking soda and ilove lemonade and koolaid iam wondering if i make them with no calorie sweetners if they would be ok to drink. i have heard they are bad and that they are fine. i want to know which is true. and do they taste the same and how expensive are they?

stomach probs
i have stomach problems. sometimes i have to wake up in the middle of the night because of horrible stomach pain. the only thing that takes it away is like bread type foods or something very filing whats the best low cal thing i can eat so i dont waste all my calories in the middle of the night

something new
i just started something. its about 1/3 of a mile around my block. so now whenever i take my dogs potty i go around the block instead of just in my yard. than i also take a long walk everyday so all in all prolly like 2 miles a day or more. and it doesnt take much time.

so I have heard that if you walk a certain amount of steps a day you will lose like 1 or 2 pounds a week. Is this correct and if so how many steps?
