I've been doing good with most of my diet (calories etc.) except I go over my carbohydrates everyday by like 15-30. Is this something I should worry about and try to change or no?

If you are doing well, don't let yourself get worked up over any of the micronutrients... When the time comes down the road that you stall or hit a plateau, (it happens to us all), you can take a closer look at that time. But for now just keep doing what you are doing that is working for you.

Carbs from vegetables are good... Pastas and breads make me bloat a bit though. :indifferent:

As long as you aren't going over your calorie intake for the day, your carb intake doesn't matter.

    1. Calorie intake is more important
    2. Hitting your protein and fat macros are next in line.

Congrats are doing good with your diet.

As long as your carbs are complex carbs, and not simple carbs, I would not worry about it.

Carbs that are high in fiber are good carb such as beans and multigrain/wholegrain items. If these are the sources of overages I wouldn't worry about it at all. However, if you are concerned, maybe review your food diary and see where you can cut back those few carbs. If not no worries
