Sounds like you're off to a solid start! I have 2 Christmas parties today and I'm stressed about options. But I'm down 15.5#! No workout today. I injured myself yesterday (hamstring popped and dropped me). So water, and tracking are my only tools. I got this!

I pulled my hamstring during my workout today. It popped and dropped me. Im super bummed hoping ice will help. I've had 60 Oz water. Tracked all food.

I ate out today and was stressed about options I made it work! I worked out! Sets of 25 each with barbells Standing bent over row Chest row Lateral raises Shoulder presses Curls Triceps extension Lay down to chest fly Over head to tummy (chest row). I did 6 sets. I'm not doing great on water, because I am out in the forest today, and bathrooms are few and far between I worked out on my own, because the time I usually go for a trainer wasn't going to fork for me, and I didn't want to skip it! I've tracked all my food. Winning!

I live on the West Coast. Its 1540. I've had 100 ounces of water and i'm still thirsty! I've tracked all my food so far, and have my next meal prepared, and I had an amazing 36 minute workout on my lunch break. I went, and feel strong! And i do better when i have to check in here. I have 3 kids work full time plus (extended Shifts) and have a husband that's away a lot. I spent my weekend food prepping, and my house is a mess... But I'm ready for the week. I've been using 8 ounce jars combined with my fitness pal to Create portions that are balanced and nutritious. It's helping!

it totally does taste like sour cream-the plain fat free kind-I give it to my 7 year old step son as sour cream in a bowl, he has no clue its not the same as at home as long as he does not see it come out of the container! The full fat kind is amazing...but well-full fat!! I add peanut butter to my fat free yogurt :ohwell:
