theres probably a lot of sodium in the wing sauce so your weight will be up a day or two after u eat them but thats just bc u ate more salt. I would suggest weighing in the day before once a week and seeing what happens.

my dog is a Australian cattle dog and she is VERY high energy she can go with me and then we go to the park and play fetch and she goes for another hour. She just doesnt get tired lol.

mine have adn i LOVE it. I started at 263 and i wore a 46F, im currently 192.2 and im wearing 38DD. Its so amazing clothes actually fit me so much better. Anyways, every women is different though but if u are planning on losing a lot they will shrink but no one can tell u how much it just depends on ur body. Good luck!!.

well water makes u feel full so u should be less likely to overeat. i had to work up to the amount of water i drink now. I drink about 80 ounces a day. I think drinking water is just a good step to becoming healthy. :)

it sounds like u just worked extra hard and sometimes queasiness happens when u do that. I trained with my brother a couple weeks ago, hes a Marine and i never worked out harder then that day. When we were done i started gaging. Didnt throw up, but really thought i was.

when i first started my journey to be healthy i was 263. I would say the first 4 months i easily lost 10-12 pounds a month. However now, i am 197 and im losing approximately 5-8 pounds. So i think its possible just work hard, eat healthy and u will look great!
