i personally do half my cardio before then my strength training then the rest of my cardio. I didnt get this from anyone its just the way i've done it. I've lost 71 pounds so far its working for me.

i use to weigh in everyday but i got obsessed. So i know i only weigh in once a week and i do measurements once a month. For me personally this works better my whole day was wrapped around the scale and what kind of results i got, now i only have one day out of the week where i have to be stressed.

i drink tons of water everyday. i spend half my work days in the bathroom i swear lol. reneegee22- i wouldnt be one of those annoying people i just sat there and relaxed. I think it would bother me to if someone was working out while im in there, especially since the one at my gym is kind of small.

lol i do think im going to add it to my routine on my strength training days. I felt really good afterwards and i dont think it hurts. But i for sure wont weigh myself after doing the sauna since if i lost weight it would just be water so that wouldnt be accurate. Thanks for the responses! :)

i have lost 71 pounds but i need to lose 30-40 more pounds before i reach my goal. First 60 pounds came off pretty fast, it def. gets more challenging as i go just bc my weight loss is slower so it gets discouraging sometimes. Would love to have some motivating friends :)

i mostly walk.. i have tendinitis is in my hips and running really makes it flare up. i will raise the incline if im on the treadmill to burn extra calories.

i have some people like that in my life too. i just dont talk about fitness/nutrition or anything like that with them. You just do ur thing and dont worry about people like that. :)

personal trainers are not nutritionist!! You should be so proud of yourself bc u have worked hard and u are doing great. I would not want a personal trainer like this, maybe look into finding someone else who actually has a heart. My PT use to be overweight so i feel like she really empathizes with me.

Dont focus on BMI. I've lost 71 pounds my BMI is still in the obese range but my Body fat % is in the overweight category. I have a lot of muscle therefore BMI isnt very accurate for me.
