scrambled egg with grape tomatoes: 1 egg-70 cal 2 egg whites- 32cal 14g 2% shredded cheese- 40 cal 3oz grape tomatoes sliced- 30 cal Only 172 calories. you can always add extra veggies or a full serving of cheese to give more calories and add a slice of toast and piece of fruit and still be at or below. :)

it's really just my armpits. like, i showered this morning and put on my deodorant(regular Dove) which I used before i started working out and right now i can smell my armpits..not sexy...I'm heading to the store tonight for some clinical strength to see if that helps. Thanks for the advice everyone!

see, that's the thing...i'm getting more than 8 cups of water a day, i'm not starving myself so I don't think it could be ketosis...not eating anything more than the except for more veggies, no granulated sugar(only what comes naturally in fruits and things). substitute brown rice instead of the white and it takes some getting used to but I tried it with spicy tuna and it was great...the brown rice also gave it a little bit of crunch so if you're addicted to the tempura, that should help some. my best friend was addicted to sodas and she just did cold turkey. It sucked for about a week because she got headaches and was so fatigued from the lack of caffeine she was used to but she did it and now soda is too strong for her and it burns going down. Just persevere and you can do it!! :)
