I'm the complete opposite; I hate going to the gym when it's hot outside because I go daily on my lunch hour and hate being sweaty and sticky back at the office from having to walk the .5 miles in the 6 shades of hell southern humidity...I can't wait for the "winter"! lol Just think that you can warm up pretty quickly once…

hershey's simple (simply?) pleasures are good and they're 30%less fat...but to be honest i'm too much of a chocoholic to ever give it up so if i decide to eat a hershey special dark bar, I factor it in to my daily calories. Still want to enjoy the good things!! :)

I burn 500/1hr a day, or well, that's my goal but i dont do it all at once. I walk a mile to and from my car to go to work everyday and that's 26 minutes total and about 180 cals (I use an HRM every time).
