So i've been working out consistenly, mostly sticking to a good diet and for some reason my sweat is smelling awful? I've been reading that your fat metabolizing can cause the smell, but seriously? It's no bueno. Anyone have any suggestions besides an SUPER strength deodorant?

Mapmyrun Iphone app gone crazy?
I just did the new update last night and the calories i was averaging from a two mile 30 min walk was 178 and jumped up to 263. This morning i noticed that my morning walk went from 53 cal to 97 cal; all this with the same mph. Has anyone else seen this difference? which one is correct?

ok, so boneless skinless chicken breast is 120 per 4 oz right? Either, what does the chicken weigh after it's been cooked or does anyone know the nutritional value of 4 oz baked chicken?? I'm getting too many conflicting answers.

Figuring out your calorie goal is a Pain in the @$$
ok. My BMR is 1769.9. MFP calories are 1420 daily. i burn 300 calories 3x a week. (cardio) I do not eat back my workout calories. So netting 1420 on non workout days and 1120 on workout days. Now... Is your BMR what you are supposed to eat to maintain your current weight? or is it what i need to do to keep my body…
