I see everyone posting their NSV's so I thought I'd do the same. I went shopping with my friend at the value village for some work shirts because I refuse to buy clothes at my current size and on shirt in particular was so tight on the tummy and breast area but i tried it on and now it's SUPER loose down the front!! That and i can pull my work pants at least 2 inches to the side of my thigh. SO EXCITED!! can't wait to see more progress!

Those are the best kind of NSVs! I had no trouble parting with $75 for a new, much smaller pair of jeans after loosing only 12lbs. Such an empowering feeling to enjoy the way clothes look on your body. Great job!0
