thanks guys!!! I had another one last night as well!!! I had to buy a battery for my food scale and while i was waiting for the jewelry associate to assist me, i tried on rings at the counter and saw that i went down 1.5 sizes. Happy girl here because I hate my hands!!! :D

i'm on day 3 of 30 DS and i'm planning on doing level one for 10 days 3x a week then go up to level 2 10days for 3xa week etc. I didn't even wake up sore this morning and last night was intense so i may at a 4th workout during the week.

I have dancing with the stars cardio DVD...it does 4 dances and is pretty intense; i burnt 431 cal doing 3 dances in 45 min. It is fast paced but honestly, when a dance move was too complex, I just jumped around like a crazy person to keep my heart rate up. ;)

MFP has it at 28 grams per day...i'm already 35 grams over but for today all the sugar except 8 grams(fiber bar) is coming from fruits and veggies...banana, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, yellow onions...oh, and a yoplait light...that one has 10g :-/

moved to PA to live with my boyfriend at 19...worst mistake ever!! homesickness and low-self esteem caused a 50lb weight gain. Then a baby added another 20 on...needless to say i'm finally on track and thinking of ME and being a healthy role model for my daughter.

You should choose one time during the day to weigh yourself because your weight will fluctuate alot during the day with eating, drinking etc. I usually myself on monday mornings(only weigh once a week! More than that will drive you crazy) as soon as I wake up so my body will have the least fluid retention and weigh then.…

when you have to dislodge an impacted poo with your finger as your kid is screaming bloody murder while on the side of the road during a trip back from the beach without flinching. (even though daddy is dry heaving in the front seat :-P)
