  • Hi Kim, I'm in! I need to drop 20 lbs total would be happy with 10 lbs by 9/25/10 for a wedding I have to go to. I walked 30 mins. on the treadmill today. Tomorrow I am going to try for 60 - 90mins. Thanks for the motivation from everyone..................I need it
