wensday= i did a yoga tape i just loved it its was the best but i did two frim tapes i all ready have my 360 min but i do something everyday0

And today I had 218 calorie deficit. I wanted a glass of wine, but decided it wasn't worth it! LOL!0 -

Hi Kim,
I'm in! I need to drop 20 lbs total would be happy with 10 lbs by 9/25/10 for a wedding I have to go to. I walked 30 mins. on the treadmill today. Tomorrow I am going to try for 60 - 90mins.

Hey all - Happy Wednesday! I've decided to keep track of my total miles walked/jogged - I may set a goal for myself next week.
Monday (8/30) - 60 total minutes, 500 calories. About 16 minutes jogging, the rest walking at a fast pace - total of 4.15 miles.
Tuesday (8/31) - 65 total minutes, 505 calories. 15 minutes jumping rope (off and on), 50 minutes walking 3.44 miles.
Wednesday (9/1) - 40 total minutes, 365 calories. About 16 minutes jogging, the rest walking - total of 2.82 miles.
Total for week so far: 165 minutes
Left to go: 195 minutes

Started my day with a walk on the treadmill for 66 mins. 470 calories.....what a great way to jump start the day
