I love being accountable! It helps keep me motivated! My exercise minutes were down today, but I did move! 25 minutes of walking + 35 minutes of Billy Bank's Boot Camp Abs. Awesome!
Tomorrow morning I am meeting friends to go biking. Our goal is 18 leisurely miles.

thanks!!! i'm pretty proud of it myselfits been a long time coming...i am training for a half marathon and never did i think that it would be possible for me to even think of running one!!! but once you get the running bug its hard to resist!!! keep up the hard work...if i can do it so can you!!!!

moved it at the beach. Swam for 20 min, walked for 30 then did all kinds of handstands, water twirls, jump ups like a 10 yr old! Man I had fun!!0

WOW! Everyone is really moving it . Just posting weekly.....moved 402 minutes in week 1 (need to update my ticker). Didn't exercise yesterday b/c my body was very fatigued after hiking for 2 1/2 hrs in the foothills of the Appalachians. My calf muscles are still sore, but will try to get my 30 day shred in today. I weighed in yesterday and hadn't lost anything since last week's weigh-in, and I know its probably due to not eating as good as I should have this last weekend. So I am making it a point to workout more this week than I have the last few weeks. It'll be hard, but I think it'll make me feel better and not so guilty about having one weekend of not being so obessed with weight loss and calorie counting.
