It's September...the lazy days of summer have passed...this month, you have 3 options:

1) Move and shake it for 360 minutes a week ...so, put down that mouse and get going
2) Burn 2500 calories with a HRM
3) Measure your abdoment and lose 1/2" to 1"

Who's up for this challenge? We go from Monday to Sunday

Walk a dog, don't have a dog, borrow one....plant a garden, weed someone elses...put down those car keys, ride a bike...start a new sport...let's get going

You can modify any one you want....who's gonna hustle and find their groove in September?

I totally need to commit this month. I'll have a mini goal of at least 250 a week as I don't usually make 360, but will push for the 360. That would do me good!

I am in! My weight has been stuck for too long, so I started MFP as a way to check my eating! I am hitting the activitiy goal, so I will set a goal of 1" lost from the waist line!

BTW, what does the acronym you used stand for in your original post?

I'm totally up for this challenge. I think my goal will be #1 - 360 minutes per week (minimum) with the added requirement that I do at least 20 minutes every day. There's no reason why I can't work in at least a 20 minute walk each day. Obviously I'll have to do much more on some days to hit 360 per week, though! I did about 380 minutes last week, so if I can keep the ball rolling I've got this in the bag.
  • I'm in. I'm going to try the 360 minutes a week. I walk for 16 minutes while on my lunch break at school. There will be some days I will have to walk longer because I go to school all morning til 3 then on some days I work at 4 til 9:45pm. and that hour driving is just to get to work lol I know I can do this though. :)

I just joined another group but why not join this one two. I work at the gym so there is NO REASON I cannot make the 360 minutes.

    The ugly truth:
    Height: 5ft 7
    Current weight: 167lbs
    Goal weight: 125

Chest (taken below bust line): 34
    Waist (natural bend): 35.5
    Abs (at belly button): 37.5
    Hips: 39.5 in
    Arms: 12.5 in
    Thighs: 22 in
    Calves: 14 in

Goal is 90-90 minutes of cardio 6 days per week
    2 days of strength training
ideally, I would like to lose 10 lbs this month but as long as I see results with loss in inches I am happy.
    Reward: new make-up for fall.

Hello everyone! Just checking in for today!

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 20 min on the bike for a total of 60 min. Might try to walk later depending on how much schoolwork I decide to get done.

    So...
    60/360 min completed so far.

Since my goal is inches lost, I measured myself this evening. Here is my ugly truth:

    Weight: 141
    Goal: 125
    Bust: 37.5
    Waist (smallest): 32.5
    Waist (belly button): 35
    Abs: 37.25
    Hips: 42
    Thigh: 25

My goal for the month of September is 10 lbs.
My weekly activity goal is 225 minutes of strength training
plus 120 minutes (minimum) of aerobic activity.

My plan for tomorrow: Run for 40 minutes + walk for 20 minutes.
