    Hello!! I definitely want to join! Sounds like its time to "move it"!!
    I will do the 360 per week

    9/1: Elliptical 35 mins Run 20 mins walk 10 mins 65/360
    9/2: Zumba 60 mins 125/360

    May I join you, even though I'm a bit late? I discovered this challenge only today. I'll get my HRM next week, so until then I'll log my exercise minutes.

    So far this week I did:

    08/30: 40 mins Step aerobics
    08/31: 95 mins Gym Training (Strength training, C25K-W2D1, biking)
    09/01: 20 mins Aerobics
    09/02: 100 mins gardening, 105 mins gym training (same as Tuesday)

    So I'm god for this week if I count the gardening. If I don't count it I have 100 mins more to go :)

    Monday Aug 30th ( 56 minutes) , Stationary bike- 20 mins & Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 1-36 mins
    Tues Aug 31st (O)
    Wednesday Sept 1st (68 minutes) , Stationary bike- 30 mins & Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 2-38 mins
    Thursday Sept 2nd (131 minutes) , Chalean Extreme Burn Intervals & Ab Burner- 56 mins, Gardening/ yard work- 75 mins

    I was out in the yard 5 hrs yesterday, decided to only count a 1/4 of the time.

    Total 255 mins for the week, 105 to go.

    So ...my body collapsed on me Wednesday and I didn't exercise yesterday. BUT I decided that I'm going to add 60 minutes per mon-frid week of walking time since I am more than positive I walk more than 20 minutes a day to classes. So I'm underestimating a bit but I don't want to count all of my walking.

    So...

    Friday: 40 min. elliptical, 20 min on bike
    Week: 60 minutes walking to class.

    Total 285/360

    I love being accountable! It helps keep me motivated! My exercise minutes were down today, but I did move! 25 minutes of walking + 35 minutes of Billy Bank's Boot Camp Abs. Awesome!
    Tomorrow morning I am meeting friends to go biking. Our goal is 18 leisurely miles.

    Monday: Strength training 75 min + walk 25 min = 100
    Tuesday: Run:35 min, walk 20 min + 60 min = 115
    Wednesday: Strength training 75 min, walk 25 min = 100
    Thursday: Run: 30 min, walked 30 min
    Friday: Walk: 25 min, Boot Camp Abs: 35 min

    Monday (8/30) - 60 total minutes, 500 calories. About 16 minutes jogging, the rest walking at a fast pace - total of 4.15 miles.
    Tuesday (8/31) - 65 total minutes, 505 calories. 15 minutes jumping rope (off and on), 50 minutes walking 3.44 miles.
    Wednesday (9/1) - 40 total minutes, 365 calories. About 16 minutes jogging, the rest walking - total of 2.82 miles.
    Thursday (9/2) - 45 total minutes, 200 calories. About 5 minutes on the elliptical as a warm-up, 5 minutes rowing, 25 minutes lifting weights, finished up with 10 more minutes rowing. No mileage to count from tonight.

    Friday(9/3) - 60 total minutes, 580 calories. Walked (with occasional jogging) 4.13 miles

    Total for week so far: 270 minutes
    Left to go: 90 minutes

    14.54 total miles for the week.

    a1schwei - Wow! That Friday run is impressive. I can barely jog for 15 minutes, let alone run for 2 hours - I can't wait until I have the stamina to do something like that!
