Goals for this week: 360 minutes of exercise, 22 miles walked/jogged (I'll count the treadmill at the gym, but not the elliptical)
Monday (9/6) - Walked to our local healthy food store - 6.15 miles round trip, 103 minutes, 715 calories
Tuesday (9/7) - NONE. I don't feel bad, though - it's the first time since Aug 14th that I've had a day without at least some kind of exercise. Will be getting back to it today!

So last week I just did not keep up with my numbers.. work was crazy busy. And even over the holiday weekend I was able to maintain my weight.. so here's for a new week!

Okay, I admit it, I've fall off the movie it challenge this week, some how it got away from me, thanks to Kim for reminding me.
I don't know if it was back to school for the for the kids or what. I did some walking but not much. So, today is a new day to start at it again. One good thing though, is my kids are more aware of moving and exercising running around. I got my son starting the c25k again with me so I have a partner to run with. This morning I took another walk around the block after the school bus left but that was only 1 mile and it took about 25mins. cleaned & did laundry (hanging close) for about 45mns.
Time to get back into the routine of daily moving and grooven.....0 -
