By JUST doing these... probably not so much. Add in cardio, and full body workouts though, and a couple inches could be lost, which would result in a noticeable difference. Now, if it were something like Stronglifts 3x per week... definitely. :tongue:

Instead of trying to jump to 2000 calories per day, why not log the food you normally eat, see how many calories you average and try to do a few hundred more than that first. Then you can raise the calories every week or 2 as your body gets used to it and doesn't want to vomit...

Looking at your diary, I can tell you, you either do not eat nearly enough, or you are not logging it... in which case, you really don't know how much you're eating and I really don't know which macros you are trying to binge on.

You don't snack at all? Are you absolutely certain 1200 calories is right for you? Are you not exercising? I would suggest to try having a protein bar when you got home, see if that curbs the desire to binge.
