I HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM!!!! WHY DO THEY MAKE THESE??? I need sports bras with the light padding because I don't want certain parts of my boobs showing if you know what i mean. And every time I wash them, the pads slip out, and I have to waste minutes of my time just getting them back in the right place. Did you end up…

it's possible you pushed it too hard. Does your mileage increase or have you been trying to go faster than usual? Cutting back your mileage or giving yourself more rest or easy days usually helps me. I get the "dead" feeling when after a week I push myself a lot, then the next week, my 4 miler feels way too difficult.…

i personally would prefer to be fit and healthy, instead of fat and beautiful, if it meant my fatness prevented me from doing awesome things like...oh....being healthy, running marathons, doing races, and being "stunning" is such a superficial judgement on a person that you could be "beautiful" but not have any talent,…

maybe you are eating too little and your body isn't getting enough cals, which means your body will then hoard "fat." some people say you go into starvation mode if you don't eat at all, but i think that can happen if you eat too little. At least, that's what a bunch of nutritionists have told me over the years. Try upping…

i'm not doing too hot either, and i just started this week. i'm making sure to log everything, and making my diary visible, hoping that will give me motivation...but even logging in the "bad" days can help spot issues...i'll provide motivation!! I need it too!

please see a nutritionist...especially with suffering from anorexia, it's a lot more complicated than just going on a very slow weight gain diet because it could lead to you not gaining enough weight, to you slipping back into the anorexia, to so many things. also, with anorexia it's about a lot more than just weight...so…

i know what you mean. try taking a walk or chewing gum and making tea... it's hard but maybe as time passes the craving will lessen. You are doing way better than me! are you bored, sad, mad, glad? haha. sometimes journaling helps.

what kind of exercise? if you do cardio for 4 hours you can burn a lot more than doing strength training or easier cardio. running burns a ton of calories per hour. it also depends on the intensity...

well, i'm 5'2" and around 128 and can maintain eating around 2,300 cals/day while running about 40 miles per week in a sedentary job...so...I want to lose weight, but yeah, I just know that that's my maintenance...i too have trouble restricting calories and would rather exercise more so I can eat more, although sometimes…

great job so far! don't get discouraged!

i think eating 1200 cals a day is really hard. if you're willing to eat more each day (like say 1500), you'd lose weight slower, but it'd be easier to maintain in the long run, and probably prevent any potential bouts of overeating. i'm in the same boat of wanting to lose that amount of weight! add me as a friend if you…

Hi! I've had BED for forever, and EDNOS and i'm trying to curb my emotional eating. It's going to be hard. I stopped seeing a nutritionist ages ago because all they would tell me would be to EAT LESS. DUH. If I could, I would, but I had so many emotional issues tied with it. So...in short, i'll provide you support. if…

I'm in. I'd be happy with 10 or 12 pounds lost!

sometimes bmi's arent accurate and it would be best if you aimed for a body fat % so that you don't focus too much on weight and you can focus more on how healthy you feel and how healthy you are eating. that's great on the 9lb weight loss so far!

i'm trying to lose weight too! how do we add each other?
