Hi i am new to this site and i am looking for support. I dont have a preference to how much weight someone is losing, or how close anyone is to their goal, i would just like some encouraging people. I am having a hard time sticking to my workouts and feeling drained all the time, so helpful advice would be great. I will accept anyone!
