I'm a mom of 4 singletons (3 of them were 3 yrs in a row) and super excited to see these results! Hope to see more! I was afraid my pooch was never gonna go away, while it's definately smaller, I'm not where I want it but haven't reached my goal weight yet. . . Thanks for posting! Everyone has amazing results and so very…

Feel free to add me :) I log daily and do my best to encourage everyone daily as well! Don't take the past week as an example though, we just got back from vacation!

I will be starting Chalean Extreme when we get back from vaca - I'm excited to looking forward to doing it! I'd love to hear your results when you finish!

I finished 30DS then started right up with JM's Ripped in 30 DVD - Awesome workout and definately more challenging than 30DS - imo - I lost approx. 8 lbs with 30DS, 5 lbs with RI30 but also inches with RI30. I loved it! It's same time frame as 30ds, except has a workout for each week (4 levels) rather than 3 seperate…

Awesome job! :) I'm doing C25K also and so far the only time I've actually made it to 5K is including my walk/cool down time. You kicked some butt, girl! Great job! Yesterday was supposed to be my 27 min run and I pushed myself to go straight to 30 - my own NSV! Before I started the program, I was lucky to make it a whole…

I put on an old pair of jean shorts that used to be tight on me. . .I didn't even have to unbutton or unzip - the slid on over my hips and now there's a wide gap in the waist! That was pretty exciting!

Well said - I like the way you think!!! :)

Thanks for all the posts everyone - I will continue to stop mine after cool down/stretches are complete and be more consistent with this! As stated in my OP, I typically do this anyway, just needed to know I was correct in doing so. Thanks again!

I also tried WW and it just didn't work out for me - I did lose a little weight initially, but gained it back and I just couldn't stick to the plan. I very much prefer to use MFP! I love the online support from MFP community and it's super easy to use. Maybe it's a new determination to be healthy that makes this seem to…

I'm on day 4 of week 2- I hate week 2. LOL I have noticed changes though, and it's worth every ounce of pain! I am doing each level for 6 days - rest day in the middle then immediately start the next level - so working out 6/7 days a week. LOVE JM! She definately "kicks your blank!" as stated in level one! LOL Edited to…

I'm not a 'runner' at all and for me 5 MPH is good - it keeps my HR around 165 - 170 range. I can do 6 MPH for a little bit, but it's too much for long distance - HR up in the upper 180's and I just can't sustain that for distance. At 5 MPH I can go for 20 minutes solid and still feel okay when I'm done, not like I could…

HI! I'm a NICU RN too! I LOVE my job!!! :) Sorry, just had to say that! Anyway, Have you tried Ripped in 30?? I completed 30 day shred and loved it, immediately started RI30 since I am a fan of JM dvd's - RI30 definately pushes you harder than 30DS - first week I lost almost 2 lbs, while during my last 1-2 weeks of 30DS my…

you look fantastic!!! Congratulations on your success!!!

Feel free to add me if you like! Total current goal is 25 lbs, which I'm almost halfway! I've been using MFP for several weeks now and I LOVE IT! You will love the support you'll find on here, the forums are pretty awesome and you will have lots of resources to help you meet your goals! Good luck!!!

Hi and welcome! Add me if you like, I'm working on losing another 15ish pounds myself! I totally understand where you are coming from - I have 4 kids, busy times and lots of excuses later, my body is NOT what it used to be, but since starting MFP (and JM workouts), I'm getting much closer to where I want to be! Change is…

I also asked this question a few weeks ago - all the same responses! I think we are more prone to failure when we limit EVERYTHING that is bad for us for the sake of 'good' choices. We tend to crave them even more, then end up binging when we finally cave in and allow ourselves to eat whatever 'it' is. Enjoy a treat,…
