Same here!!! I will drink tons of water daily if I can. I do drink 6 - 9 glasses of water per day!

I record everything. Except when I go out to eat I always use quick add tool for food eating out and I guesstimate anywhere from 800-1000 calories. Why should I lie ? I'm only cheating and lying which does not look good on me.

I was doing so well for september... then come october and bam.. no weight loss this week.. just weight gain.. but I am considering that cause I am doing more aerobics and lifting my 5lb dumbbells every other day.. It's only normal, we all have our days off!! I have the day off on Tuesdays, but I do try to watch what I am eating and not going over... My calorie intake is 1700 a day.... It's ok if we go to the 2500 as long as we exercise 3 times a week for 30 mins, it's ok.. even if it's not 30 mins all at once... We are not perfect.…

I got you there!! I was the exact same way!! I watch what I eat and learned if I'm not hungry enough to eat an apple then I'm not hungry. I also drink lots of water. Congrats on the weightloss. I hope someday I lose the same amount. :)

I got fat cause of my children, emotional eating, lazyness, and areas rolled into one. Eating out everyday, etc... I now can't stand the sight of any fast food let alone resteraunt food where I'll order a steak with veggies and drink water. I used to drink pop every single day, now I limit myself to one cup every other…

I added you as well :) I been struggling with night shift, and watching my daily calorie intake. This is my second attempt, as my first attempt, I was doing so good but when a couple events happened in my life, I lost all my motivation. I hope to do this right this time. Much luck!!!

Thanks everyone for the input. It just seems hard. I can't shake the weight even tho I watch what I eat and limit my sweets. I guess I should see if my boyfriend can make room for my treadmill. I loved my treadmill, I would go on it 5 days a week along with my weights. I was thinking of buying an elliptical instead.
