Everyone here is really supportive, adding you now!

when I'm lying in bed on my side or laying on the sofa watching tele, I can feel my hip bone jutting out! I'm sure it was never there before! Also, being able to say no to things like cakes and biscuits. Generally all shop bought so I just tell myself the next time I fancy them I can hop on my bike and do the 10 minute…

I buy sparkling water and put either fresh oj in it or no added sugar squash, depending on my calories that day. That way, it still counts as water and you can make it taste like pretty much anything you want
-
I'm the same with losing and then putting on, I've always thought the difficulties not in losing the weight so much as keeping it off. Feel free to add me
-
I have a feeling I'm being really thick here, but can you explain?
-
Yeah, I would use cornflour to thicken it, mixed with enough water to make a paste - just make sure you take it off the heat when adding or it might go lumpy
-
I'm terrible for drinking enough water, so I'm in!

definitely agree with the above poster, also don;t forgot to log your food. it's amazing how much you eat "by accident" such as when you're grating cheese and eat some while grating for example - all those calories add up if you do it all the time (I know I'm terrible for it) Feel free to add me :)
-
I'm on here all the time, so feel free to add me! Not looking to lose as much as 100, but somewhere in the region of 75-80lbs
-
Magoo Thomas, worst ever!
-
Haha, you americans love your peanut butter ;) I like the low calorie aspect of this, but agree that it's good because of it's healthy fats. Still, I imagine it's good for flavouring things

Amazing cheekbones! 9 all the way!
-
painting your nails is a good one, means also that you really can't use your hands for a bit, and by then the craving for food might have gone
-
I'm in! 10lbs sound a lot, but if you never try you'll never know!
-
I'm from Cambridge, feel free to add me :)
-
I'm 23, feel free to add me. Always good to have support
-
my tummy :(( I have quite nice legs because I bike everywhere - not especially for fitness, just the perks of living in Cambridge! Generally people say I'm all in proportion, though most of those haven't seen me naked!!

I'm in Cambridge, feel free to add me :)

apparently if you warm it up a little bit in the microwave you can dip fruit in, never tried it but seems a good idea
-
I'm salivating at the thought of that chicken shish! I take it thats the one they put on the hot plate/grill rather than the one they cut off the big mound of meat on a stick haha. I do love macaroni cheese though... can I have both? haha
-
