A whole day's food
Ok, Lovely People. Advice Needed. So, due to stupid landlords and stupid tenancy agreements I have had to move out of the not only lovely but also incredibly convenient house I DID have 10 minuted walk from uni and have had to move home, 50 miles away. I only need to go in on a Monday and Wednesday, so it’s not as bad as…

Mexican Food!
I am seriously craving some mexican food - there's this place near to where I used to live that did amazing burritos with rice and guacamole instead of meat. Sadly, I don't live there anymore and mexican food just is not a big thing in the UK. SO........ what I want to ask is how do I make something even vaguely…

Cabbage Soup Diet
I was just wondering if this was OK to use for the 7days and then after that carry on with eating healthily? I am currently calorie counting, but after a few weeks of stress/things happening WAY out of my control I have lost most of my motivation and think something like this might be what I need to get back on track.

Indoor exercise
What can I do indoors that doesn't require much equipment, i can look up most videos on youtube and whatnot but was wondering what was good and actually works indoors, also hoping to burn a few calories for dinner as I don't have many left (14) and short of 10 green beans and a strawberry I'm not sure what I can have!

Working out EXACT calories needed
I was just wondering if there was a way for me to work this out? I've read a lot about TDEE, BMR etc but in relation to each other and my calorofic intake I'm not really sure what they mean. If anyone could help I would be extremely grateful, as I'm not sure I'm eating the right amount of calories! (mfp has me at 1450)

French bread
I know fresh bread etc are notoriously high in calories etc, but I am craving it like nobody's business! Anyway, I went to tesco tonight and bought one and plan to have it tomorrow (Ihave it all wrapped up in a towel so it doesn't dry out) but I want to limit myself. I'm planning on exercising tomorrow too as it's my…

Not having breakfast
Due to my slightly strange schedule some days and the fact that I don't have seminars or lectured til the early afternoon other days, I rarely get up before 11am, on the days I am up and about at say 9ish I do have breakfast but that's very rare! So I was wondering if it's bad at all that if I generally wake up about 11…

Easy Food
Hi all, I'm moving tomorrow and as a result all of my stuff bar one pot, one plate and one fork is packed up and ready to go, have been using up all the stuff I have in the cupboards all week as I have had literally 50p to my name. Couch to 5k
I have a number of questions - I am VERY unfit, would this be a good starting point for running/jogging for me? What are people's general impressions who have done it? Any insight/advice would be fab!

REALLY unfit!
Where do I start? Any advice would be great, the only thing is - I have no money to buy DVDs or anything and don't have running shoes or the confidence levels to go running round the streets of London! Is there anything I can do in the privacy of my own home that would help? I hear skipping is really effective? And what…

Hi everyone :) I'm 23 and a student and am currently 5 stone over weight - want to be nearing the top range of what is healthy for my body/height etc. Currently eating 1200 calories a day - though usually increase this to 1400 on Saturday and Sunday to allow for alcohol etc. Have tried loads of different diets, but this…
