for lowish calorie (300-400) lunches that are filling, preferably meat free. other than that I'm not fussy, just lacking in imagination today!

  • Mhmmm... I would do:

Cottage Cheese- Major Protein and very filing - 1/2 cup or 1 cup
    Strawberries x5
    Carmel Rice Cakes x2

It's one of my favorites and keeps me full. :)

    (Also within calories)

    Chop salad.
Dice a mixture of tomatoes, cucmbers, peppers, celery.
Stir through some cottage cheese or humous or salsa.

Mine are usually in that range and meat-free. My diary is public, is you want to take a look-see! :) I love veggie sushi, salads, tacos, soups...those are usually in those ranges!! :)

I invented something yesterday - 1 Morningstar Farms spicy black bean veggie burger cut up into small pieces, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 3 tblsps salsa of your choosing, 2 tblsps of fat free sour cream, 11 Tostito Multigrain Scoops = nachos for 370 calories! I'm a nacho fiend, so this was an epiphany for me.
