I'm 23 and a student and am currently 5 stone over weight - want to be nearing the top range of what is healthy for my body/height etc.
Currently eating 1200 calories a day - though usually increase this to 1400 on Saturday and Sunday to allow for alcohol etc.
Have tried loads of different diets, but this one is the one I am holding in the most regard, since I don't really see it as a "diet" as such like Weight Watchers or something like that. I now know it's all about just making healthy decisions (and that dreaded exercise!)
