I know fresh bread etc are notoriously high in calories etc, but I am craving it like nobody's business! Anyway, I went to tesco tonight and bought one and plan to have it tomorrow (Ihave it all wrapped up in a towel so it doesn't dry out) but I want to limit myself. I'm planning on exercising tomorrow too as it's my proper day off and I have an exercise video all looked out (and dusted off) ANYWAY! I've decided to have 150g of it, but my scales are broken. Does anyone know roughly in length how long this would be? (no rude comments please, haha! )
I'm sure it's not going to be much but I'll make up for it by eating loads of cucumbers and peppers until dinner!
Sorry to ramble on!
