i love nuts and try to have peanuts and almonds everyday. though most products are roasted and salted which is not good but i think they are a good source of protein.

thanks for your help really appreciate it! and one thing: do u think i should take supplements? i already take vitamin b complex. anything good? i will try to have more proteins and less carb.and i will go for regular dairy not low fat!

so 1325 is enough for me right??? i think i eating more protein that will help me and overeating problem! so besides meat and fish and chicken what are the good sources of protein?? i eat yogurt and cheese in low fat should i go for high fat ones?

i get so hungry throughout the day i usually have too many snacks that there won't be no cals left for my dinner! i have lost almost 15 pounds. i tend to lose 0.5 pound every week but that has stopped since last month.

I'm in dental school and need to study everyday and i'm under too much pressure right now. at nights i usually have fruits and oat biscuits and coffee sometimes. sleeping is really important i'm totally like u! days when i have lack of sleep i can't control my eating!

sometimes i measure what i eat. i crave sugar and eat carbs a lot. i drink water a lot everyday because i used to have UTI and i'm used to drinking water but main reason for overeating is lack of protein in my diet.

thanks! i lack protein in my daily intake and that is my main problem. since i don't workout everyday i need to lower my calories than what i burn actually.

thanks! i try to do that and is 1320 is enough for my weight according to BMR. still i have carbs more everyday and less protein. i love chicken i try to have it every other day i eat vegetables and fruits a lot and don't consume fat a lot. just don't know how to have more proteins.maybe is should look for variety of food…

i lack protein in my diary and that is my problem! but i can't fit proteins in my diaries i mainly eat chicken breast and once a week i have fish fillet. i have cheese every morning with bread. but i crave sugar a lot so my diary is full of sweet healthy things like cereal peanut butter fruits(lots of fruits!).

i am not trying to lose weight fast! just a few more pounds and i'm done. i try to be 120 pounds. but my weight has stopped in the same place for a month now and i overate in the past few weeks. my diary is open now! thanks for ur help!

i don't know but i overate in the past few weeks and in huge amounts! my daily cal intake should be the same thing as my MFP daily cal. i eat like crazy and then feel terrible! and these usually happens during the usual dinner time and i can't control myself.:(

i love their exercises! i've been using their exercises for a month now and i love it! depending on what you like you can go for pilates,lower body,HIIT,upper body... I've been using the HIIT and the barre workout for a while now and i love it! u should try it definitely!

i crave sugar a lot! sometimes it's so hard that i can't control it and i eat sweets. then i count the calories and starve the rest of the day just to keep up to my diet!! but i find out that chewing gum specially the sweet flavors like melon,strawberry,... is really good. it takes all the sugar craving a way. if you like…
