I have been a trainer for a long time and I can honestly tell you its not how much time you spend working out but your intensity level while you are working out. think doing an insanity dvd.. vs.. walking on the treadmill.. intensity.. sometimes that will help also ..…

i am definiely all for hi protein... i am a trainer and always go over on my daily alotment of protein and fall way below on carbs but this also depends on your goals.. i do alot of weight training so I want to maintain and grow muscle.. hope this helps
