You can read reviews about them on amazon but if you become interested in them I wouldn't recommend buying them there because its too pricey. It's made out of yam flour. It's gluten free, no soy, no sugar etc. it's supposedly "hungry-girl" approved.

I love In-N-Out burger. Especially their double double with fries. I just had that 3hours ago. I also love pasta a lot. Sometimes I eat it but some other times I substitute miracle noodles for it. It's not the same but it works for me since it has zero calories and I can add vegetables, eggs etc to make a stir fry

It depends. If you are over 200 pounds I don't believe that losing 2Ibs a weeks is "instant." But if you are 130 pounds losing 2Ib a week could be harmful.

I am on here everyday and at least 5 to 10 times a day. I never sign off and I always have the tab open. I also take my iPad to work and troll and troll. It helps me make smart decisions while I am at work.

There is no way you can gain weight that fast. It's probably water weight or something just give it time it will go back down.
