Don't eat crap just because you want to fulfill a caloric goal. I started off not feeling hungry but that didn't last long at all. So this may only be temporary so cherish those moments. Also make sure the amount you burn when you exercise are truly what they are. If they are, maybe cut back a bit.

Drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables increase exercise and eat some of your exercise calories back if you start feeling famished. MFP overestimates calories burned so make sure to wear a decent HRM.

I blame - IN-N-OUT burgers, French fries, chips, wings, Chinese food, pizza, pasta, bread, wine, deliveries, food commercials, ice cream, chocolate, cake etc but most importantly (not) my self!
