Wow, a lot of those sound REALLY good. I had 1/2 cup of Fiber one Bran Buds, 1 cup of fat free milk, a clementine, and a cup of green tea. I'm getting ready to have 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese and 1 cup of cantaloupe cubes.

LOL I'd give it a try but I can't stand the taste of coffee. I LOVE the way it smells, but just can't stand the taste. I've been trying to lay off the diet soda because of the extra sodium too, so I'm sure that's not helping. Thanks for the idea though. :smile:

That really sucks. It's sad that now EVERYONE is going to have to go through it. Not the say there weren't guys going through it before or even now, but it didn't seem as pervasive as it is for women yet. Of course you did say a rise which means it may not be as bad yet? One can hope.
