Ive talked about it to everyone....my co-workers didn't think i would last this long....my family is supportive...my husband is the absolute best....he goes on walks with me....and he has been eating somewhat better....if he wants fast food we get it for him and i make something at home...i keep snacks for him and snacks…

I used photobucket to load my pictures....changed the capital IMG to img and when i put them in the post i left no spaces between the 1st link and the 2nd. They came out side by side. San :)

To sear it...maybe put it under a direct flame....flip it...and quickly pull it off? When i am doing dishes or cooking and he kisses my neck. When he is absorbed in a project and takes a break to sit down....i jump in his lap and he holds me. I just don't like the jump rope!! I would modify them to start with ...maybe in a couple weeks you can try the full jump! San :)

Was able to get a 5 mile walk in as well as the 30DS both yesterday and today....hoping to keep it up, i am loving it! Not so fond of the jump ropes though :) San :)

Hi, I am walking as well as doing the 30 day shred... On my days off, i can walk early and do the 30 DS before i go to bed. On my workdays 12 hours from 6am to 6pm...i am hoping to walk at 615...get home, eat something light and then rest a few before 30DS and shower...i hope it works out ..we will see :) Good luck to you…

I have eight tattoos, 4 piercings not counting both ears pierced 2x (but i havn't worn earrings in years :) I will eventually get another. Personally, i like them....that is why i have them. I feel that it is more than having or not having a tattoo that makes a person attractive.
