Figuring calories in recipes
I have alot of recipes that i would like to try and figure the calories...i can type them in and find out how many calories, but how do i figure out the number of servings. Help w/BMR/BMI/BF
My BMR shows to be 1,167 My BMI is at 25.2 My BF is 26.05 My current weight is 129 I am 5 ft On my goals....it shows that my daily activity is 1,570....and if i eat 1200 cals... i should lose .07 lbs a week. My question is ....if my BMR is 1,167....shouldn't i be eating less cals than that to lose weight. I guess i am…
