I can't see your diary actually (but I'm a techno-retard so it might be me!).

In general though (and this is coming from someone who is still fat but heading in the right direction...): eat enough calories. Also, I know that some people say all calories are created equal, but for me focussing on 'good' calories is important - yes, I could have a 100 calorie hot chocolate. OR I could spend those 100 calories on fruit and nuts. It works for me.

And move - exercise is your friend.

Of course, you may be doing all of the above!

I'm not sure of your height but oddly enough you might not be eating enough. I'm by no means an expert but one of the things I have learning on this journey is your body needs ACTIVITY to get your metabolism strong. Like a car you need to gas in it to make it go, well your body is the same. It needs the fuel! Also the better quality the fuel usually means the better your car will run! Sorry for all the auto analogies :). In other words I would try to make a little more to exerciser, even if its at home calisthenics. And start giving your body that good quality fuel for. Your body will get use to burning quickly! Good luck

Do yourself a favor - dont lose weight faster.... a good sensible way is to do it slowly .2 to 2lbs per week is medically safe. Losing weight fast means you are eating poorly, not eating enough, not being smart about the whole weight loss effort thus creating the body's ability to GAIN it all back and then some.
