I love soups...and can eat them for a meal.....my problem is the soups i love to cook ....are the same cals as a meal...so i can only eat about a cup at a time....i cannot stand a canned soup!

This year we have tomatoes, okra, purple hull peas and green beans.... We did plant asparagus..it will be ready next year.... We spend about $200 per week at least...so about $800 a month....for 2 adults. I am trying to eat healthy .... my husband not so much..... We buy different snacks, meats and breads....stuff easy for him to cook when i am not at home and stuff that i can cook when i am at home....i like alot of fish which he will not eat…

I have a lucky dress.... I log everything that i eat or drink....no matter what the time is.....after midnight kills me because i end up having to start the next day with less cals..... San :)

You don't have to have a cowboy hat or boots....Bring cool clothing and sunscreen. McKinney is a very nice area....alot of nice cities have grown up there in the last 10-15 years. Gr8 shopping and gr8 food....enjoy yourself while you are here! San :)

Sparkling water and vodka....at home ...La Croix sparkling water and vodka! Depending on the proof (80 or 100) the cals aren't too bad per drink!

Go to tools menu ...straight across from your blue home tab. You can program your ingredients in and list the amount of servings it will make and it will calculate for you how many calories in each serving! I love it...have started using it when i cook! San :)
