I don't mind sand in my swim suit when i am on the beach...since it is bound to happen and i will still go to the beach.....i am washable!! As for skinny dipping......i don't mind at all..... The person below me fishes at least once a month?

I can always use another friend serious about weight loss....i am also 42.....want to lose at least 20 lbs to meet my 1st goal....and possibly another 10...but that might not be reasonable....you can do it! My favorite drinks are Vodka w/juice and Long Island Teas......I have switched to Vodka/sparkling water.....not as good as juice....but easier to keep the cals down!

I am so enjoying Zumba.....i burn from 350-500 an hour using my HRM depending on the instructor....it's alot of fun, so glad i starting doing it!! Wish i had more time when classes are open do go in more!
