Most days i eat instant oatmeal....because it is quick and easy to fix at work..... What i prefer...is eggs..with veggies.....most any veggies tossed in there...i just don't have time before work most of the time to cook them....and do dishes before i leave!

I recently bought the Kettle Worx DVD set with the 5 lb. Kettle bell. I really enjoy the workouts...hoping to do more of them once i finish the 30-day shred. I think once i start doing them more frequently i will get a heavier kettle bell. Sandra :)

Last night with our hamburgers....we had Ore Ida fries (fried) with Rico's cheese sauce....oh, so good!! It's only 80 cals in a 1/4 cup...i didn't have more than a 1/4 cup......but just processed cheese....don't want to even think about the processing!!! San :)

I try to find the information online if I cannot scan it....but even scanning....ive had a box say 8 crackers per serving...then scan the barcode ...and it shows 6 crackers per serving! San :)

I do not....i try to eat the best i can .....but if it is something that i want that is not as good for me...i can eat it...i just try to stay in my calorie range :) Just trying to get myself where i am making better choices for a lifetime... San :)
