I'm 2 days into month 2!! And the person who said the warmups in month 2 are like the workouts of month one is right!! Wow! But my body has changed so much since I started. Modify until you can do more. You WILL see results if you give it your all at every workout!!!

I do the upper body weight training Dvd that came w the deluxe version in addition to cardio recovery. It actually makes me feel like I worked out!

Started Week 2 today. I still hate the power jumps!! Week one results: -3.2 lbs and clothes are fitting looser, already! Keep diggin' deep ladies!!! We CAN do this!!!

I'm on level 2. Lots of plank position exercises!!! Ive heard quite a few people say that this level really makes your body change and I can see why!!! My arms and shoulders were sore after day 1 and 2!! The push ups were hard for me too but by the last few days I could do them all. Keep pushing through! I cant imagine…

It's a DVD workout by Jillian Michaels. It's a tough workout if you are a beginner. It's three levels with each level being 10 days. I finished level 2 day 3 today. It will definitely get you in shape!!

CW: 181.2 Up 1lb from last week. Chalking it up to muscle gain as I know I have lost inches. Plus, TOM is right around the corner. I did some form of exercise at least once a day and kept calories down. I finished level 1 day 8 of 30 DS today. I'm also starting week 3 day 1 of C25k today. Gonna keep it going!!!!

I'm just now on W2 D2... I too looked ahead when I realized that weeks were actually just 3 days!!! who knew??? I thought I had accidentally skipped some days!! I used to run a long time ago, when I was about 22-23. I'm now 39 and starting all over. It's coming back to me.. I'm enjoying it as much as I did then!

I started on April 1st!! Took pics and measurements! I'm already seeing a change in the way my clothes fit and it's only been 4 days. I also started C25k on the same day. It is helping to get the extra cardio. I cant wait to see the results!!! I'm taking one rest day per level so it will take me 33 days to finish.
