1 year mark over 75 pounds gone

Hello everyone and congrats on being a MFP member. It's a great place to be.


I just hit the 1 year mark a few days ago. My previous posts contain info on how I lost the weight. For the last 3 months or so I've done regular weight lifting. Please tell me if it is working. The pic is dark because I am shy.
