Yes always so I know exactly what I'm cooking for tea and it definitely helps to keep on track...no quilt needed .....I'll actually put my menu for the week on a white board in the kitchen then do my grocery shop to accommodate the meals I'm gonna make so I know I have all the ingredients I need and don't then go off…

Over night oats.....weigh 40g of easy speed oats or similar pour over 200g fat free natural yogurt and mix well. Put in fridge over night and simply eat next morning..the oats absorb the yogurt..you can add any type of fruit to this too ..minimal calories and so yummy .

thanks guys so i see its .30 x 185 x 3 = 166.5 so that's a lot less than the 276 that mfp calculates had estimated x cheers i've a better idea now how to do this and i suppose as my weight changes so do the sums :)

hope you dont mind the suggestion but i too would like to keep on this weight loss thread, we could set out next goal for 14th feb not too far off but something to help us get over the festive season what about Valentine Vixens or something along those lines x

if its not too late can you update me i weighed in this morning as Tom has completely gone now and wow i was so surprised after being the same weight for so long i have finally lost a bit more, if its too late to update then no worries but just wanted to share any ways its 172.8 today so whoo hoo me x

sorry to report my weigh in so late i was holding out after Tom had left and was hoping for some kind of movement in the scales but nope still the same, lol oh well steady is better than a gain,,,,,,,,good luck guys x

im so so sorry, i have only just seen this reply i dont know how i missed it, thank you so much for the reply and yeah your probably right about the breakfast i tend to eat porridge every day, ill start to change this about a bit now. other meals i vary quite a lot and mostly home cook so nice healthy low fat low cal…

thanks for the kind words above, im going to try mixing up my cals a bit, and hopefully when the dreadful ice on the footpathes outside has melted ill be upping my walking again, still hanging in there i cant afford to give up X X
